Renewal conditions 2021

All invoices more than 30 days overdue must be paid before your renewal is accepted.
If your renewal payment is received between April 1 and April 30, 2021, a late fee of $25 will be charged.
If you have not sent a payment after April 30, 2021, we will assume that you are not renewing your enrollment and are ending your membership.The insurance companies will be notified of this change.
Any renewal received after April 30, 2021, will be considered a re-enrollment. If accepted, you will receive a new membership number.
Please note that any member, who faulted practice and submit receipts of the Réseau for insurance without renewing his membership as a regular member or failed to meet payment deadlines, expose himself to various sanctions. (General regulations points 5.1 e, 15 et 81).

Other ways to renew

Mail : Return the form that was mailed to you in mid-February along with your payment (cheque / money order / credit card). If you have not received your form by March 1 or you lost it, you can download the printable version.
Phone : call us at 1-800-461-1312 by dialing 1 for renewal (credit card).
Your bank : add the « Réseau des massothérapeutes professionnels du Québec » to your suppliers, enter your membership number without the dash as a reference and pay your renewal as you would do for an invoice (Desjardins, Banque Nationale and Laurentienne customers).

Free receipt booklet 2021

You can claim your free receipts booklet from May 1, 2021 to February 28, 2022. Please request it on your next order or pick it up at one of our points of sale. If you order only your free receipts booklet, you will have to pay the $5.00 shipping fee (Shipping fee may change without notice.).
