You are about to add one or more new techniques to your file

Before saving, please ensure that you comply with the following points:

Comply with points 3.1.1, 3.3.1, 3.3.5 and 4.1.1 of the Code of Ethics.
Have provided a valid attestation to the association upstream for each of the techniques so that these hours can be added to your profile, and to meet the requirements of certain insurance companies.
Have notified your insurer (civil and/or professional liability) that you are now offering these new techniques to your clientele.

Your student membership form has been sent.

Allow 1-2 business days for:
• Analysis of your file;
• Obtaining your membership by e-mail.
