Le Réseau has created partnerships to offer you exclusive prices on various insurance products. Here are the different types of insurance you can take out as a therapist recognized by our association. Our partners offer a wide range of insurance products, including professional insurance, home and auto insurance as well as disability, life and medical insurance.

Professional insurances

For your professional insurances, the Réseau offers you an exclusive partnership with the company ESSOR Assurances.

Professional liability insurance protects you against the financial consequences of your civil liability in case of error, wrongdoing, negligence or omissions committed while carrying out your professional activities. Although it is not mandatory, the Réseau strongly suggests that you enrol in such a policy regardless of where you work.

General civil liability insurance covers costs related to an accident in your workplace, such as a client falling on a staircase. It would also cover damages related to an accident such as a fire.

Professional property insurance covers damages related to your property pertaining to your professional activities (equipment and inventory) on your work premises, including property being transported, as well as direct damages: fire, lightning, wind, vandalism, theft (except theft of cash). Equipment and inventory include:

Table, chair, computer, etc.

Ointments, oils, balms, towels, etc.

Disability, life and medical insurance

The Réseau has partnered with MRa, a life and health insurance firm, to offer disability insurance to its members. Disability insurance can guarantee you a source of income if a disability prevents you from working and supporting yourself. Life and health insurance coverage is based primarily on long-term disability insurance, also known as “salary insurance”. A number of additional coverages round out this product, which can be tailored to the needs of each individual. This program is specifically designed for self-employed workers and small businesses (25 employees or less).
