The reimbursement calculation does not include any other costs associated with the training (e.g. training notes, massage accessories, accommodation, etc.).

Eligibility Requirements

To obtain a Réseau subsidy, you must :

• Be a regular member of the Réseau;
• Choose a continuing education training that :
  • Is given by a recognized and certified* massage therapy academic institution;
  • Is less than 150 hours;
  • Begins and ends between March 1, 2024 and February 28, 2025.
• Apply for a subsidy BEFORE or DURING the training.
• Apply only once for the current fiscal year (March 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025).

*Training sessions organized by the Réseau are not eligible for the Skills Development Fund.

Steps to follow

To obtain a reimbursement from the Skills Development Fund, please follow the steps below:

• Apply between March 1, 2024 and February 28, 2025 and before the end of your training program.
  No applications will be analyzed between March 1 and June 15. For requests made after June 15, an acceptance or refusal email will be sent to you within 45 days.

• Successfully complete the chosen training program.
• Complete the reimbursement request form within 60 days of the training completion date, and before February 28, 2025. You will find this form as a clickable link only in your subsidy acceptance email. You will need to attach the invoice and the certificate.

Please note that reimbursements are made by cheque within 45 days of receipt of your reimbursement request.
