The Réseau is proud to officially launch its new online customer files management service for massage therapists. Free of charge for all members of the Réseau, the online client files service allows the therapist to produce customer files online from a computer, a digital tablet or a smartphone. You can access this service anywhere from your profile on the Réseau’s website.
Health questionnaires, customer details, therapeutic follow-up; everything was designed to ease your record management!

He must keep them for a period of at least 5 years from the date of the last care per-formed. After this retention period, the Member must ensure that it destroys these files adequately in order to preserve the confidentiality of the information contained in these documents. ”
