Rhythmic Oscillation

Oscillation is defined as a movement of the body, such as a rolling movement, alternating on both sides of a point of equilibrium. Integrated with a massage therapy care, this maneuver makes it possible to gently move or cradle different parts of the body. The rhythmic oscillation uses this type of movement to release the physical and mental tensions and thus favor muscular relaxation. This technique can be used before the beginning of a massage, to calm down the central nervous system.

Benefits

In addition to promoting muscle relaxation and deep relaxation of the body, this technique is beneficial for alleviating chronic pain, headaches and Parkinson’s disease.

Proceedings

The therapist will perform gentle, rhythmic and oscillatory movements on the body, with or without oil, or directly on the client’s clothes. It is a gentle massage without force or pressure.
